Need some advice here. I am foster parenting an African American baby (11 mo) who has chronic nasal drainage and drooling. "Drippy" we call him. His poor little face is chapped beyond belief (subzero temps for days hasn't helped the situation). I apply johnson's baby oil every morning and night, and baby lotion throughout the day. It's still awful. Any products out there that are really good and can be used on baby's face??
