Fat Smash Diet
So today I'm starting the Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian Smith. Anyone who has ever watched Celebrity Fit Club might recognize that he is the doctor from the show. I've tried his diet in the past and had great results. I recently put on some weight because of personal tragedy and I'm just trying to get myself back to were I was. This diet is one of the easiest (in my opinion) because there isn't any counting points (that works for a lot of people, i just can't keep it all straight) or pre-packaged meals that you have to buy. It's five small meals throughout the day - fruit, vegetables, yogurt, etc. Anyway it's all in his book which retails for about 12.95 and your local library probably has it too (that's where I got my copy).
