LA Weight Loss or Weight Watchers?
I just started LA Weight Loss last Monday (July 14th), in hopes that it will help me loss some of the excess baby weight. Has anyone else tried this program? How was the outcome?
I have relatives that go to Weight Watchers.....has anyone tried them? What was the outcome?
I know that the weight isn't going to come off magically, since it did take 9 months and about 5 years to put on. I just don't want to waste my money on something that others have found to be worthless! Thanks for the help.
