For some reason my kids, 2 and 4, love Princess Bride! Which is great, cause, I like it too! And hubby likes it too, so it works for everyone. That and A Christmas Story, you know the one that the kids want a Red Rider BB Gun. My husband loves that one just as much as the kids.
My boys are into anything disney except maybe the really really girlie movies. They also like teenage mutant ninja turtles, transformers, spiderman, pretty much any cartoons etc...
I think The Little Mermaid is the fav right now with my girls, I swear that movie must play in the Dvd at least 5 or 6 times a day! And we all sit down and watchi Snow Buddies over and over too. Its such a cute movie!
Our family goes through phases on movie likes and all. We have watched The Muppets seasons 1-3 and are enjoying those. I think if kids see what we liked as kids they will enjoy an aray of classics, instead of the junk that is in the movie theaters and rental stores now.

Anything disney is always great! and some of those new comic book movies are pretty great for the kids.

Keep your teens safe and make sure they know the truth about STDs and other issues like pregnancy. You would be surprised the number of children that these two simple things affect.
My boys and I really loved Madagascar 1 and Madagascar 2. I generally don't like cartoons but i realy enjoyed this one it had lots of adult humor in it.
