Default Feeling yukky... (TMI)

Anybody else have experience with IBS attacks during pregnancy? I've been sick since last night... really bad cramps and (TMI) running to the bathroom. They're definitely bowel cramps -- kinda hard to explain, but I can tell it's my gut and not the belly. However, I have had a few BH (not during the bouts of cramps though, and no pain with them), and between those, bubs kicking me to pieces, and the stomach/bowel pain from the IBS, I'm worn out.

The problem is, usually with a painkiller (made sure it was safe first) and rest, the problem settles down within a few hours, but 18hrs after the first round hit I'm still miserable. I'm wondering if it's a bug rather than the IBS (or in combination with it), but it's following the usual pattern for a severe IBS attack. I took a Zantac this morning (reflux -- that's a whole other story ) and I'm going easy food-wise (chicken broth and crackers lol) but I don't know why it's not settling down. Any suggestions? It's past time for the walk-in clinic at my dr's office and I have no intention of going to the case room for a stupid IBS bout!
