Default Feet swelling, when to worry?

I am 22 wks with this pregnancy. With my first I was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure, fluid retention, etc) about 21 weeks and put on bedrest to keep it from getting too bad. I ended up with an emergency c-section at 40 wks because my blood pressure was in the 200s over 180s. My blood pressure spiked about a week ago and I had a bad headache. The doctor ran all the tests and said I was dehydrated, go home and rest for the weekend and drink plenty of water. I did that and went back, all tests were normal. Last night when I went to bed, my toes were swollen. This morning they are fine except that both legs from about the knee down are tingling. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this stuff, what can I do to relieve it and stop worrying since so far every test is showing normal?
