Finally found something that works, but..
Ok, so my face was breaking out again and I was just sick and tired of it. I spent awhile doing some research on the internet.
I came across a few articles that mentioned zinc supplements. They said that not only are they good for skin, but also stomach problems. Great! Kill two birds with one stone...er..vitamin.
So I've been taking 25mg a day for over a week and I have to say that my skin has never looked this great! Not only is the acne clearing up rapidly, but overall my skin just has a nice glow to it!
Now to my question...is taking 25mg of zinc a day alright? Should I be taking anything else with it? The articles I come across mention treating a zinc deficiency with it, but don't say how much to take. Can I up it to 50mg a day, so I don't have to half the pills?
