Default fitness program

I have a 16 month old daughter and a 8 week old son. I have to lose 4 pounds more to get to my pre baby weight but I have no idea how to get fit. I want my stomach to flatten and I know it is not going to go away over night but I need a start up plan. I dont eat very well, I say it's because i'm to busy but that is a excuse. My kids do keep me very busy tho. I was wondering if anyone knew any websites or ideas about a fitness program. I want to feel sexy again. I dont want to be a member of the "fat mom's club". That's what my cousin calls it after you have your second baby. Please help me.

It took 9 months for you to gain that wait. Don't sweat it if you are not back to your pre-pregnancy weight. I for one gained 5 pounds extra just from bigger "boobs" due to BF'ing. They have stayed that way. Each Pg they have gotten "bigger" Have you thought about going to a gym and getting a trainer? It can be your "away" time from the kids. You need your own time.

btw I have 2 kids...and I don't consider myself "fat" I am just perfect my BMI shows that. Pay no attention to rude comments directed towards you.

Maybe writing down everything you eat in a week would be helpful, then you can remove some of the 'bad' items and replace them with a healthy alternative, then when you start exercising you would probably get better results as you are burning fat and eating less fat.
Remember it isn't weight, it's fat percentage and inches, you will put weight on exercising due to gaining more muscle.

My previous trainer when I used to live in Miami had me do a walking program to help me lose my baby weight .She told me that after having a baby, you need to first do exercises to close that gap,I think it's called diastisis, when the midsection muscle separates during pregnancy. Well, she didnt let me do sit ups or crunches until that gap tightened again. If you live in Miami, I highly recommend Kristybel Deoliveira, she's a good trainer and doesn't charge much.Though I don't know if she still trains or still charges the same, but last time I emailed her,she was about to open her own fitness training company,Bodycise Fitness I believe to be the name.

Those last four pounds are the toughest! (I speak from experience ) But you sound like you're deflating faster than I ever did!

You probably already know starting an exercise program will help a lot. Even just walking regularly every week. Prevention.com (the website for Prevention Magazine) is promoting their book "The Flat Belly Diet" right now and it sounds like a plan that fits the current situation you're in. You should try checking it out.

Default YRG Workout

I found a great workout that helped me get rid of a few pounds and toned my body. I know Carnie Wilson did it and lost 50 pounds in 6 months before her pregnancy and she is saying it will get rid of her babyfat after she has the twins. It is called YRG and it is yoga based with some mixed martial arts and other exercises. My back has never felt better. I got the 20 minute workout at www.GreatDrills.com and I do it 3-4 times a week. Hope this helps!

since the baby is still young you don't wnat to do anything that is going to strenuous. Try doing pilates as it is not strenuous but overall it has really good results.
