Just 4 lbs... that's great! It sounds more like you want to tone and tighten up, an issue for most new moms. I do have a great site for you, but also I recommend changing eating habits, believe it or not eating has to do about 60-80% with the way our bodies look. For great workouts and eating advice I recommend checking out the site Ad removed it's just for women and covers everything.

Hey guys. I've been interested in health and fitness for a long time. Don't be concerned about some specific goal like a six pack or loosing so many pounds. Just focus on living a healthy life, eating right, avoiding poor health choices like dieting and drugs, and exercising regularly the whole body equally in whatever way that works for you without overdoing it: become acutely aware of your limitations and watch out for obsessive exercising habits.

But that's hard for most people. They don't know how exactly. Everyone should have an exercise room in their house and learn about fitness. And no it doesn't cost much. In fact your exercise room could be completely empty! For me, it's a stepper, climber, row machine, lots of bar and dumb bells, music, a bench press, a beautiful oriental rug to work out on, and some other equipment. I'd like a bike too though. Most any equipment would work equally well if you use it regularly and have the right attitude about it: overall fitness and health in whatever way your body adjusts to.

4 pounds is nothing. You can get it back.
Drink water instead of soda, coffee, or fruit juice and eat more raw foods. Fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

I am so happy to hear about your efforts to get fit again after your baby! Yes, loosing weight after kids can be a daunting task--especially after having children. The first thing you need to do is go to Ad Removed. It is a website that was created for women just like you by a mom. It is on-line LIVE video streaming personal training--not a VIDEO. As long as you have a webcamera--which you can get as cheap as $32, you can start training from the comfort of your home without having to go to a gym or have a stranger come to your home. And unlike a workout video, if the video calls for an advanced form the person can not see you and correct your mistake before you hurt yourself. And unlike a video, you aren't doing the same thing every time you pop it in! It's live, and your workout changes all the time. There are discussions on nutrition as well. Check it out--what do you have to loose except for weight!

Default Loose it Forever

I think the best way to loose weight is to eat just a little bit less than you usually do and move around just a little bit more. Make small changes that aren't going to really change your routine too much. This way it will be something you can stick to forever. For example: Drink more water and less soda/juices. Walk up and down your stairs more often during the day. Spend more time cleaning as less time sitting around. Walk around the block a few times. Don't eat second's at meal time. Buy bit sized candy bars instead of full size. Just small things like that! You should see the weight come off and stay off because it is a lifestyle change, not a diet.

Also, don't worry too much. When you are happy with yourself and your life, it is so much easier to loose weight. Focus on what you want and believe that the weight will come off. If you believe it and imagine yourself doing it...with a few little lifestyle changes, you will be able to achieve it. You have the power to make it happen. It is as simple as that.

Good LUCK!
