My favorite easy appetizer is meatballs in the crockpot. I have a wonderful recipe for crockpot meatballs, and they are perfect for when you have a gathering where people are to help themselves! Plus, they take a max of 10 minutes to prepare, and then you dump them in the crockpot and only stir them for a half a second whenever you feel like it!

Does anyone else have any food/appetizer ideas? This is a great thread!

I am a HUGE fan of mozzarella sticks... but maybe you could spice it up a notch and do different breaded cheese sticks, montary jack, cheddar, etc...

A friend of mine has a concoction she makes with hormel chili and cream cheese and velveeta which she says is so easy she calls it "stupid dip". I never learned the recipe because I avoid processed cheese products like velveeta.

But it sure is good with nachos!
