Actually, our dossier has been out the door for a while now. For us, the dossier took about 2 months to put together and we submitted it at the beginning of January. Our I-71H took almost two months for us to receive it. I finally started calling and asking that they rush our approval since Erick has special needs. They were very nice and we got our approval quickly after that.
Now that we have INS approval, our case is headed to Family Court. After family court we have to get U.S. Embassy approval and then we will go to PGN, which is another court. After that, they get together Erick's visa and other paperwork and then we will get the call that we can travel. We hope to travel at the end of April, but it could well be May. It just depends on how quickly each step happens. Please keep us in your prayers. We want our baby home as soon as possible!
