okay, a few things I cannot fig out....Why is the forum time 'behind' 4 hours? For example, right now it's 1:25pm, but when I post this, it will show me a timestamp of 9:25am. Why, and how can I change it?

Also, how do I add an avatar? I don't see the option in my CP, or anywhere else.

Your need to change your regional settings. That can be done by clicking on Settings at the top of the page. Under the bio box there should be two links, one is for regional settings. Change it there!

You can also add an avatar in the Settings area.
