I just called another KMart that is about 30 minutes away from me, and they did not know anything about it!

Has anyone tried to use the herbal essences coupons 1/1 any .[trail size] Kmart has them for .99 I tried using them but the cashier wouldnt override the coupon because the price was less than the coupon. Does anyone know if it kmart policy to not overide? This would make everything free. I used the crest 1/2 they have trail size crest for .79 So for a 1.20 not a bad deal I must have been the first person she had use these she was quit confused.
