I checked the rebate form when I got home from Copps. The PO Box (and dates) are different on this form than the one in May.

I'm really glad they had this for FREE coke products. I have a ton of the free coke coupons from the Olympic game, but my new favorite drink is the Minute Maid Light Raspberry Passion juice drink and that doesn't come in 2L. So I got all 4 12pks of it, yum!
