What is eXPert PDF 4 Pro? An excellent program that can convert, edit, and view PDFs files.

So if you can't understand French, you can view a step by step guide w/ screenshots at http://dottech.org/freebies/5362 The guide includes directions on how to attain the software and how to turn the software from French to English.
