When you push print and the little printer appears at the bottom of the computer, right click on it. A box will come up left click on open printer. A box will come up right click on the writing in box it will say several things you want to left click restart but don't do it until the coupon has finished printing (hit restart as soon as the last dotted line prints) if you wait longer this will not work. you have to redo this evertime. If you let the it go to far after the dotted lines around coupon print it will disappear and you will have lost you chance.

I just kept playing around with mine until I figured it out. You might want to practice on another coupon first till you get the hang of it then you won't end up with a message saying that you have printed your limit on the coupon that you really want to print!
