PDX area includes Portland, Oregona and Vancouver, WA stores which have the same prices and sales flyers.
Albertsons here takes competitors coupons, so you can bring double coupons from Safeway and they will honor them.

Ack the Safeways up here don't do doubles either. I'm in the Seattle area.
