Frusion fruit mousse
I have 85 Frusion coupons to use, so in addition to drinking it I made a dessert:
1 small box sugar-free strawberry jello
6 oz boiling water
1 10-oz bottle strawberry-kiwi frusion
Make the jello with the smaller amount of boiling water and add the frusion instead of the cold water. I poured into 1/2 cup containers (recycled fruit cups). It was very good, I might add some fruit next time. The frusion has a lot of sugar in it so I used the sugar-free jello, but regular would be fine.
It sets up firm so I think it would do for a pie filling with a graham cracker crust...may put it in the freezer a bit before serving.
Update: today (6/10) I made this with Pina Colada Frusion and lime jello...it tasted similar to key lime pie.
