We bought a chair for our living rm last week and it came in a huge cardboard box so we decided to have a family project of making a play house for Riley out of it! My dh taped all the seams with duct tape and made a roof and window. We bought some washable finger paints and hopefully this weekend will be warm enough to take it outside and let Riley paint it! Such a simple thing can be so much fun!
What a great frugal idea! I remember me and my brother's "house" (refridgerator box) still to this day. You are creating a great memory for your little boy!
