Wow, pretty bold statement. I hope it wasn't directed at me, since both were right below mine.

It takes a REAL leader to admit when he is wrong and seek advice from people more knowledgeable about issues. He seems competely unable to do so.
I know a lot of people like him because he claims to be a Christian. I just don't see this either. There's a lot about him that seems completely un Christian to me. Oh and one more thing, someone said he stole the second election. Well, he also stole the first one. I just can't forgive that.
I totally agree!

George W. Bush
> What are your [views] on his presidency to date?
Wish I never saw him. Oh, and as for rating him and his presidency, there isn't a low enough rating, unless you know of a Negative Z (-Z) X 100 rating.

OK, lets resurrect this discussion, bump this thread up.
Anyone still feel the way they did before? Better, worse?

I am not a fan of Bush, and I cannot wait for his reign to end.
I'd like Obama to win...I think we need an end to the Bush/Clinton era. Time for change. I'd rather have McCain than Clinton.

I agree to that. . .I'd like to see an end to the Bush/Clinton era. . .I am much more impressed by how Obama runs his campaign (or rather I'm more impressed with his campaign managers?) On our super Tuesday, people who were for Obama were here. . .in our poor little inner city neighborhood--talking to people, taking notes. . (did you read that?) taking notes. While I don't know what that translates into as far as a presidency goes, it has the effect of making one believe that his attitude towards politics is very different.
I am undecided between Mc Cain and Obama but I will NOT vote for Hillary.

Clearly, we are seeing a desire for an end to politics as usual. Lets see how far it goes into the White House.

Yesterday my devout Republican husband came home with a "The Out of Office Countdown" 2008 Calendar. I never thought I would see the day when he did not stick up for his party 100%.
We are both torn on who we actually want in office. They all have good and bad points....but then again all politicians do, right?

It is almost over....it is almost over! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Don't let the man touch anything til Jan and we are good!
He hasn't heard that gas may go over $4 a gallon this summer. Really? I hear it on every news station from every "expert" every day. He should have at least "heard" it by now.
DH has *two* countdown calendars.
I'll be pleased as punch with pretty much any of the candidates, other than Huckabee and Nader.
