I am surprised how fast they are processing our rebates these days. I mailed out my Four $30 Etrust Armour / Pest Control rebates only 3 days ago and all FOUR shown as valid now!!!! I love FREE stuff and profit. -

I have about 240 rebate entries in rebatehqs so far.Their rebate processing have been getting better and better except for the $165 Peachtree 2006 Rebate "Invalidate all rebates first,and ask question later" TRICK they just pulled on us!

Do they usually do that? Or is it caused by some mistake they made by not putting a PLACE on there for people to put that info? So they just assumed no one put that info on there and invalidated them? Would have been nice if they'd atleast have looked at the rebates to see if the info was on there......

Most of the rebate processing are outsourced to Indian and that is not surprising.

But I did talk to an American CSR yesterday. SO YMMV. ! -

But after so many rebates done and validation battles fought, I did not even blink eyes when that happens nowdays for me.
