I would say yes, we can use q's for free items. I think they would probably ring up as regular price and then be taken off at the end. Especially if you put the free item on the
counter first and let it be rung up then put the other items on the counter.....they ring up the regular price on the freebie, then the register would make sure you had the other items purchased before it took off the price....so you would be charged for it first and if the
register sees it as a purchase you can use a coupon....
I was thinking about getting the toaster scramblers or strudels.....I think at GE here in Ohio are they are around 2.10.....buy 6=12.60-6.00=6.60 get three green giant veggies free...but you can use one .60/3 for veggies so 6.60-1.20=5.40 for six strudels and three veggies....and since this is a tap into frozen deal also you would get a $2.00 OYNO catalina for buying $15 worth of freezer specials.....
Example:
6x2.10=12.60+1.33x3=3.99=16.59 before q's
Minus 6.00(strudel q's)-1.20(veggie q's)=8.19-3.99(taken off for free veggies)=5.40 then get $2 OYNO......so technically you pay 3.40 for all those goodies.....
The veggies run around 1.33 here in Ohio.....
