gift ideas for 11 year old?
Hi
My niece is going to be 11 in December and I have no idea what to buy her for her birthday or Christams(yes i am an early shopper!)
She isn't into "girly things", 100% tom boy.
Any suggestions would be awesome!
Thanks Julie

Sorry about that..this is a spammer probably advertising. I have removed the post.
What sort of things does your niece like? Is she crafty...into sports or science? Puzzles..? I would suggest for this age group to ask her mom. I usually only spend 20$ at the most on each of my nephews...it gets too expensive when you buy for everyone. You could also make her a nome made gift of treats....I did this last year for all of my sisters the youngest 16. They loved it.

When I was that age, I was much more than thrilled to find a card with either money or a gift certificate inside. I was really into shopping and picking out my own things at the time (because no one ever really got me what I wanted.) Sooo, maybe a gift certificate to a store she really likes? Oooo...what I would do is get one for her favorite store in the mall, then her fave joint in the fast food court...and maybe she can make a day of it with her friends!
And..it wouldn't require early shopping.

Thanks for all the ideas ladies!
I found out the High School Musical is going to be at our PAC the weekend of her birthday! HOW PERFECT! So i am going to buy her ticket for that. We have decided to make going there her party, so a couple of her cousins from her step moms side are coming too and grandmas and aunts and Erin(my 4 year old) we're going to make it a girls day! Should be fun.
For Christmas i think i will do the mall gift card and something else small so she has something to open from us

My 10 (almost 11 yo) tom girl loves to read so I never go wrong with a new book. Also, gift cards to go shopping and get whatever strikes her fancy that week is a sure fire hot as well.

This thread is for real suggestions from real people
Chinese toysite spammers, stop please. We take you out very quickly. And your English is just pathetic.
One of the deleted posts asked "is she DIY" and then recommended a model building kit.
OK, BTW, DIY in the USA means Do It Yourself, FYI, and typically refers to television shows about fixing cars and houses. Not kids and birthday presents.
The pictures you are uploading are horrible.
Go sell your lead laden products in your own country.

There are so many neat online shopping stores that I am addicted to. I love things like kids telescopes or microscopes to get kids. Or some neat lounger pajamas and slippers. Games are always a hit - like the game "Apples to Apples Jr. edition", or "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?" Or gift cards are always a safe bet!

Great gift ideas for 11 year olds
A pogo stick! My kids got them for Christmas and we are having a blast. I say "we" because the weight limit is high enough to hold me!!! This kids are getting a kick out of me bouncing around - and I am actually pretty darned good. It is great exercise and can be used on tile, wood, even berber type carpet. You can get them at toys R us for $30.
Also, Webkinz are a huge hit at my home as well. I have a 9 year old with the biggest collection, but my 6 year old and even my 15 year old have joined in.
Have fun,
kirish
