Default Ginger for m/s

I came upon an article about using small amounts of fresh ginger root to help with morning sickness. Seems to be just as effective as Vit B6 pills that were given more morning sickness. I know when I had Aiden I survived on those pills till the end of my 2nd trimester. Wondering if anyone has tired this?

With my daughter I was much sicker than I was with my first pg. One day DH went to the healthfood store and bought me ginger candy and real gingerale. Once I got over the taste I felt better. I didn't like the taste of the candy (I'd roll them around in sugar first!) but they definitely worked.

I get real gingerale and even the fake stuff helps. I honestly am in need of a place to get the ginger candy. Im already at the point when my Zofran is not working as well. With Jaxon I was almost in the 3rd tri when my Zofran stopped helping. EEK..

DH found the ginger candy at a vitamin store. Not GNC, but similar (it's a local one, not a national chain)

My last pregnancywith jack was the only one where I was sick. A friend gave me some ginger chews (gumdrop-like) and they worked wonders. She said she found them in the whole food section of our local grocery store.

You can make ginger tea by peeling some root ginger then putting a piece in some boiling water, it is really nice.

These Ginger candies are supposed to work really well. They even have a sample pack with all the flavors for $3.39!

I can't stand the taste of ginger so I got ginger in the tablet form at a local vitamin store. It seemed to help a lot.
