Thank you for those encouraging verses.

The one concept that I have to continually re-visit in my relationship with God is that He loves and He knows what is best for me.

Circumstances in my life are continually pulling me away from keeping my eyes on Him and when that happens anger, frustration, resentment and cynicism begin to creep in.

If we can just remember His promises, as you have mentioned, we can do it.

I am having a good time reading Joel Osteen's book "Your Best Life Now". It is full of these positive messages, expectations, and reinforcements. I strongly recommend it.
