Went to the Sugar Land Super Target in Texas and noticed that the pre-packaged 2.5 lbs of Market Pantry boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins were on sale for $3.99, normally $7.99.
There is a Super Target coupon currently on the Super Target site for $2.00.

They have these at our regular target, but I didn't think they would so I didn't print the coupon..... so it's back to Target tonight! Thanks so much for the heads-up on this - GREAT deal!!!
