Default good news and not so good

well guys first the not so good news: its looking like this isnt my cycle. i got the spotting that i get before AF, just a day early. it has me a little down, but i do have the good to look forward to, which brings me to.....

my appointment for a second opinion is on thursday! i am trying to get a list of questions together in my head that i need to ask. so far this is what i have:

1. should there be more investigation into the cause of the miscarriages.
2. does she think my being a vegetarian has anything to do with our issues. (side note: been a vegetarian most of my life....i eat very healthy and balanced and i have a wonderful immune system.)
3. is there anything we can do to bring on the BFPs more quickly than how we get them on our own.
4. should i limit my volunteer work at the animal shelter? (i volunteer once a week for about 6 hours and i work with cats).

can you ladies think of anything else? i am very excited, but also a bit nervous. as always, you guys will be updated asap!
