Default Gordon Ramsey has got a big...

family, and this could happen to you. It is well documented that Gordon Ramsey had whilst trying to conceive (his auto biography Humble Pie). For those of you that don’t know, here is a little insight into how he became to have four childrenThe first was a result of sort after treatment as most couples do that has problems conceiving, child number one.
When they were ready for a second, once again they sort treatment. As any couple that seeks treatment knows, the chances of having twins are quite high. So it probably wasn’t a great surprise to discover that they were pregnant with twins, child number two and three.
Now comes the surprise, their fourth child was conceived naturally. Anybody that has tried to conceive naturally without getting results wouldn’t even dream of having a child by themselves. With this in mind, contraception just doesn’t get thought about.
Believe me, I know. After five years of trying naturally only to be told by a doctor “you will never have any children without any help”, the last thing on our minds is contraception. Our second child was not only a nice surprise but it gave our first child the brother we never thought he would have.
Whilst I am sure that Gordon and his wife are very happy with amount of children they are blessed with, I don’t think this would suet everybody. My advice to anybody that has had children via treatment is not to take it for granted that conception will end there.
Regards
Good Luck,
Martin the work from home dad!

We found that our first child took the longest to concieve at around 6 months, our second was much quicker and only took two months. I think this is quite common, something about getting pregnant once seems to get things moving making it easier second time around.
