Long story short - I bought the $20 worth of Huggies items last week on my mom's card and didn't get the free stroller because they didn't ship any to the store. I e-mailed corporate and the store called and said they had found one and it would be available this afternoon. I went there and asked for the stroller, after I paid for my purchases. The guy whom had called was there and said that he drove around yesterday and couldn't find one. The store that had said they had two actually had none. I wasn't mad. Just surprised they had gone through so much to find a stroller. It wasn't even a special trip because that store changes the prices on Saturday and I usually go on Saturday afternoon anyway. I had picked up my stuff and was readying to leave when the guy said that they had a $40 gift card for me, if that was okay. OF COURSE, THAT WAS OKAY
$40 in the place of a freebee baby stroller - WOW. I'm planning on writing corporate again to praise the store. I didn't blame the store in the first e-mail. I said they were really nice about it and I didn't fault them for not receiving the strollers. This time, they all have halo -

I did make a point to explain that I wrote the e-mail to possibly get CVS to send strollers out to the stores they overlooked before. Not as a grip against the store.
