Default Grandma Bullying

The paternal grandma of my seven month old daughter, has been taking of my her.
Only recently, have their been issues like other adults(including the paternal grandfather) in her home smoking around the baby or on weekends to the point that on monday afternoon the baby smells like smoke.
Her baby ezcema could be aggrivated by smoke.
And recently grandma decided to trim the baby's end, essentially cutting the baby first hairs. I told her she should have talked to me first.
The next day she told her son, that "Since I was uncomfortable, I should have someone else take care of her." Leaving me with no baby sitter come Monday.
