Does anyone watch Grey's Anatomy? Did you see the season finale this week?? I had it taped on DVR and just watched it. I am sooo sad! Also, I can't figure out what the heck happened at the end. ***If you haven't watched it yet, don't read on! LoL!*** Did both Izzy and George die? Is that what the end was suggesting? I would be horribly disappointed if that is how it ends. I feel like an actual friend died and I have no closure! The writers must be really good.

Anyway, does anyone watch the show?

I do! but i missed the last half hour and I kept reading when you said no to! lol!! I am an addict.....I hope to find time (and energy) to watch it online or something soon....hopefully! I have to say that I'm much the same as you and feel like a friend is dying (because...well I haven't seen the end yet) I'm sucha mush and always put myself in their shoes. I am too emtional my dh says. He can watch it with the most blank look ever on his face!

I watch it too and I was so mad b/c my tape..yes video tape...messed up the last 5 or so minutes so I didn't actually see the ending...same thing happened when I taped ER except that was a timer issue!!!! I knew something sad had happened from what some ppl were saying on FB....now I will have to wait and catch it in a re-run...

I think that the end is supposed to be ambiguous. Since both TR Knight and Katherine Heigl are in dispute with their contracts and there has been nothing solved I am guessing that it was intentional that you don't really know if they died or not--because they don't actually know yet. The ending is left so that either could happen.

In an interview Shondra Rhimes suggested that you should not count on one living and one dieing. Whatever that means!

I dont think they are going to die...the elevator is definitely the "going to heaven" elevator....i dont think they will die....Kathrine Heigl doesnt wanna come back you can tell because she is starting to hear the paddles go off and you can see it in her face. Who knows what next season will bring

Val I agree with you. DH and I were wondering how they would "bring George back" if he decided that he wasn't going to leave the show. Is it going to turn out that he didn't die and his face will miraculously return to normal? And also, we thought that they amputated his arm... But maybe they just talked about it? I'm so confused! I guess the beginning of the next season will give us answers! I hate being such an impatient person! hehe!!

My husband and I stopped watching it when George and Izzy started up cheating and dating.... we took and break, but when I got wind that a wedding was coming up, I have been watching the last 2 months or so. Now I finally got my husband to watcn and episode with me, and it was the finally, he's MAD!!!! He really likes to see the happy endings, and he said the writter's are just playing with our heads like they did when Izzy was about to get married the first time. She finally marrys Alex, and she dies!? He just thinks it's horribly depressing. And I don't think I'm going to be able to convince him to watchi it with me again. George has also allways been his favorite caractor, so he hates to see the nice guy finish last.
I agree with what someone else said about this being purely about contract negotiations.

I saw this post and made sure that I didn't read it until I finished watching the last episode.

DH and I finished it last night, and I started to cry. That's all I seem to do is cry when I watch Grey's! I really hope they both stay with the show. They are great characters. My sister said that the producers were not letting either of them out of their contracts.

We shall see!
