Grrrr..everytime I call the ECB department
This is the second time I've wanted to get my ECB's reset.
The first time the idiot who answered sounded like he really hated his job and he really hated me for wanting him to do something. He flat out told me it would be too much work to see what ECB's I had that were expired and that he couldn't do it. When I was like you can't do it, he said fine, I'll do it, but only reset 1 $2 one, when I had $90 worth (my grandfather died and I just didn't feel like shopping much for awhile). The next day I called back and talked to someone who knew what she was doing. It took her about 3 minutes to find all $90 worth and reset them all.
Well, today I called because I have some that expired again. The woman on the phone said she didn't have any way of checking that. That if I didn't give her the coupon numbers, she couldn't help me. I told her that I threw them away and couldn't get them back. She said she was sorry but she couldn't help me. (I didn't want to give her the numbers because there might be one in there that I lost/forgot about, so I want her to look at all of them, you know?) I guess I'll call back tomorrow and see what happens.
Am I wording it wrong? I think i'm a pretty pleasant person most of the time. It's not like i'm being rude to them. I just don't understand. *grrrr*
