done this morning. I had been having headache since the begining of feb (also back pain but I thought they were 2 different things) and thought they were migraines but the doc said it wasn't and suggested the acupuncture. So hopefully this makes it better!! Still a little sore but he said it should start to feel better later today.
Just wanted to say that I haven't had a headache yet and all my shoulder, neck and upper back pain are completely gone! I hope things keep going this way!!! I am so excited to finally not have my head hurting!!!!
That first needle scared the crap outa me till it was in and then I was like "oh...not so bad....not anything like I would have thought! It was way easier than getting blood taken thats for sure!
No headaches still!!!!
