I was wondering if anyone has done this. My girlfriend said she sent President Bush an invite to her babies Christening. In response she got a beautiful letter from the President for you to frame if you want that is what she said she did.

I know some people might not like the president but I thought it would be a cute thing for them to have when they get big.
Would you do it for your baby to have as a Keepsake?

i didn't, but my sister did. she got all the info off babycenter.com on how to do it. it's pretty neat. i'm pretty sure it'a personalized with my neice's name, which i was surprised about. i figured it would be a standard George W. Bush signature.

Yep. . .if your kids write to him, they get a letter back too. Some letters with expressedly Christian content he answers with an additional handwritten note. (Ahem--or someone answers with a hand written note.)

I did write and got a letter from the President for Tiffany when she was born. I scrapbook, so anything like that I always do so it will be in her book!!!!
