Default Has my supply peaked?

For those of you that don't hang out in the pregnancy thread, let me give a brief background to my question. I just delivered (via failed induction that led to c-section) a preemie (34 weeks, 6 days) last Wednesday night (almost a week - wow!).

I was planning on breastfeeding - in fact I was planning on pumping in addition to feeding to get a stash to have on hand for when I have to go back to school, but now I am in a forced pumping situation as my baby is much to small to breastfeed. I have been pumping since last Friday in the hospital with a hospital grade Medela pump. (I tried to pump once on Thursday with no luck; I was still on Magnesium Sulfate and the nurses said it's very hard to get anything while you are on that.)

Starting with Friday, the amount I've been able to pump has gone up each day. For the past two days I have also increased the amount of times I've pumped. However, my daily total for Tuesday was down from Monday's daily total - even with an extra pumping worked in. Should I be concerned after one day of this trend? If the trend continues, how many days should I wait before I get concerned? I do not want to lose my supply! I supplemented with my daughter and I was set on no supplementing this time.
