I just thought we might be able to uplift each other, and look closely at our lives for things we have been given recently. Lets remember to thank Heavenly Father for our many blessings.

I will start off. First we recently had our first baby together - she is my joy, and i waited sooo long to have her. (I do have a beautiful stepdaughter and we focused on making her life better for many years now) It is so nice to have the child i love home every night, safe in bed. It is SUCH a tremendous blessing.

Also, the other day we had a garage sale and were going to put the money in a couch fund. Well when we dropped off all the stuff that didn't sell at the thrift store there was a VERY nice couch just right for us. For $10 less then we made!!!!!!!! and my mom bought us a coffee table to replace the ottoman that we used for a coffee table!!!! We are soo blessed. Our couch had been broken for 6 years and the chair just broke last week. So this worked out at just the right time.

And since my baby was born my brother and I have started talking again. we hadn't talked for over 3 years. It is nice to have him in our lives again.

OK those are some of the recent things in my life. I just wanted to share I know my Heavenly Father blessed me with these things.

The Lord has blessed me in so many different ways. One of the ways he has blessed me is, he brought my husband home safely. DH just got back from Iraq about a week ago. And in the next couple of weeks we will be blessed with another baby boy!

DH and I just (yesterday) celebrated 7 years of marriage. And our 2 boys are healthy. well, minus the huge crash-and-burn our 4.9yo did while riding his bike w/o training wheels tonight. Our 2 old cars are still running. And I finally have time for scrapbooking! yes, life is good.
I almost forgot! Our front lawn looks like crud!!! And we thought we were going to have to rent a tiller, but our home teacher is letting us borrow his for however long it takes us. That is the latest and greatest.

My most recent blessing are:

1. We just found out we are pregnant with our 2nd child. DD is 15 months now.

2. DH is going to be able start college this fall, thanks to pell grants.

3. We are moving out of Florida, finally!!!!!!!!! We are going to North Carolina (my stomping grounds) for schooling.

I'm probably the least religious person in this forum, but I DO believe I have blessings every day. My latest one is that I've picked up jogging, and my 2 older daughters are jogging with me. I didn't even ask them...but it's sheer pleasure to run along with them. I'm hoping I've instilled a healthy habit that'll stay with them for life. A healthy life at that.

What a happy children you have !
I have always struggled with reading my scriptures and saying my prayers regularly, even more so since ds was born. My husband never really understood why is was so difficult for me (neither di I really). I asked my husband for a blessing and in it I was told that Heavenly Father knows how much of a struggle it is for me to read my scriptures and say my prayers, but that if I ask for His help I will be able to do it and by doing so I would be blessed to have the adversary turned away from my door - What an amazing thing for me to hear - how well my Father in Heaven truly knows me and my weaknesses.
I haven't missed my prayers or scriptures since and just those two things have had a HUGE domino effect on everything else.
I also have new VT who are amazing and by offering to help with a YW activity I was able to form a close friendship with another sister in the ward who I've always wanted to get to know.

1) Tyler came through his surgery fine with very few complications!!!
2) My ds is turning 2 this week!
3) Brandon and I are getting ready to celebrate our 4th anniversary.
