Default health and stress

Recently, I placed a few posts here about stress. During the past three weeks, I've dramatically changed my routine. I am now taking Juice Plus fruit and vegetable supplements, and I'm exercising regularly. It is unbelievable how much better I feel. Plus, much of my stress is gone. It's remarkable what good health can do for a person.

I completely agree with you! It is amazing how a little exercise and healthy eating can really change the way we manage stress.
I usually suffer some depression and stress when Fall comes to the Pacific Northwest and we have little or no sunlight for months. I have learned to make my new years resolutions in October and start a new fitness routine by then. Not only do I look and feel better by the spring but I am more able to cope with the Holidays and the winter months because my blood is moving and I have a reason to get up on those dark days and get my exercise done early so I can shop and ready the home for the holidays.....

I suffer from SADS related depression...and the stress I was living with while working "out of the home" was contributing to my ill feelings. I didn't realize how bad I was until I quit that job. I now work "at home" doing contract work and running my small business, and feel MUCH better because I have little to no stress. I still have SADS - that will never go away - but I feel like I can manage it better this year because I am in control of my life again.
Stress can do nasty things to a person....
