Wow! This is on CNN.com as well. Very sad. What is this world coming to? Our actors and actresses are supposed to be setting examples for people, instead they are out there using drugs, drinking excessively, getting in trouble with the law...what an example. I'm sorry that this had to happen to Heath, but somehow some way people have got to learn that this is what happens when you choose that path. It happens everyday all over the world and super stars are not an exception. ::Sorry for the slight rant::

I'm really saddened to hear about this...I really enjoyed his movies for the most part. It goes to show that beauty and fame really aren't all they are cracked up to be what with all these celebrities' problems. I feel sorry for his little girl.

This is very sad. He was just 28 with a daughter. I feel so sorry for the little girl. I don't know if this was intentional or what. When my cousin overdosed on insulin it was inentional and she latered died from complications. We won't ever get over it. It has torn our family up. I can only imagine what his family is going through. Just a sad sad ordeal. He had so much going for him.

This is so sad. He was so talented, and did our country proud. This happens to so many men after separation/divorce, please don't just think it's a problem exclusive to actors

They are also saying now that he had pneumonia when he died, and his death was accidental

Well, I guess the autopsy will reveal the truth about drugs etc. I read somewhere that he had been very keyed up about a film he was doing and took ambien - and it didn't take much of the edge off. I know folks who have had some very dangerous and unpredictable results with ambien - depression, forgetfulness, conversations at night that they do not remember having, even though it was just a few hours ago. They get disoriented.

I guess we'll have a clear idea then - right now it is just speculation.
