Tried to add to my email signature but does not work, just appears as text. Can anyone help please?

I have got it to add here I hope (trying now) but still trying to add to my hotmail account

What did you do to make your ticker work? I've tried all afternoon and still only get mine to work sometimes. When I look again all I have is text!
Can't believe this is so difficult...
