HELP!!! I am new here!
Hello Everyone! I am new here, not sure this is the site I am looking for, but if not, I will continue to search until I find one. I have a 12 yr old son, soon to be 13! He is really a good kid, for the most part! I have some concerns about his attitude towards everything; life, family, friends, daily routines...all of it really. My partner and I have made a chore list for him...he comes in from school...works AT the chore list..never completly finishes it, and when he says he does do it all...it is not done correctly. Now, the thing is, he KNOWS how to do these things correctly. He is becoming highly disrespectful to me as well as others around him that are a constant in his life. I have tried everything I can think of to try to correct this issue, but nothing seems to work! Is there anyone out there that can offer some advice? A big thank you in advance!
