Default Help-I lost a EB worth $11.00!

I am so mad at myself. I can't believe I lost it! I am petty sure it expired. I was wondering if I could call cvs and have them reissue it to me and re-age it? Please tell me it's not a lost cause!!

I tried calling yesterday to have an expired ECB reset (it expired on 5/9 for 2.77) The lady said ever since they changed the ECB to print out at the register(april) they CANNOT reset them. I was bummed, even though it was only 2.77 I will have to keep up on the expiration dates so this does not happen again.. HTH

This issue seems to be another one of those situations where you get different answers when you call. I have read on another board that someone called customer service and they did reset one of the instant extra bucks for them. My advice is call and ask them to reset it for you.

Can it be reset if I don't have the original?

Do you remember what extra buck promotion it was that you earned the extra buck for? When you call just tell them what info you know about it. Just tell them you lost it. They should be able to look at your account and find it for you. good luck.
