Default Help! New Weight Loser

Hi everyone, I am embarking on a weight lost goal for the first time in at least 15 years. I'm blogging about it here and can use all of the help I can get.

When you started did you find it better to keep track of the numbers on the scale or ignore them and just concentrate on healthy habits and how your clothes fit? We don't even have a scale yet but I'm thinking that I should probably get one. But then I think that it might be discouraging to see the numbers. What do you think?

You can see my first post here. http://weight-loss.families.com/blog...t-loss-journey
