Default help with cream cheese please!

Alright I tried the buffalo dip- I love it, my family does not. I also know of numberous deserts to make with it.
What I want to know it there is something else to do with, maybe pasta sauces or something.
My family does not like the foods with heavy cream cheese like myself so I am looking for things that it is not the main ingredient in.
Anyone experienced with this?

I make a crock-pot dish with cream cheese that my family loves!
Cheesy chicken
Just put 4 or 5 chicken breasts in the bottom of pot. Season, I use a special blend of poultry seasoning that is tasty, then add 1 can of cream of chicken, and 1 can of nacho cheese soup. Let this cook on low for about 3-4 hours. Then add a block of cream cheese during the last half hour of cooking.
Stir the sauce up really well, and serve over rice!
Wa-La! Dinner is served!

This is the recipe for my stepmom's Creamy Chicken Enchiladas. They are absolutely fantastic.

4T butter
1 med. Onion
1 shredded cooked whole chicken
1 cans green chile strips
(found in Mexican section on supermarket)
½-3/4c monterrey jack or mozzarella cheese (shredded)
6 oz. cream cheese
3/4t salt
2 ½ dozen corn tortillas

Topping
2 cans cr. Chicken soup
1 c chicken broth (save from boiling chicken)

Brush small amount of oil on both sides of each tortilla. Brown in fry pan (both sides).

Saute onion in butter.

Mix onion, chicken, chilies, cr. Cheese and salt together.

Place a spoonful in each tortilla and roll.

Place in 13 x 9 pan.
Pour topping over. Place cheese on top
Back 375 for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.

I like to stir cubed cream cheese into cooked vegetables, like the frozen mixed veggies. It makes a nice sauce for the vegetables, just stir into hot cooked veggies until cheese is melted.

Easy Mock Pasta Alfredo

Cook Fettucinni noodles (or whatever kind of pasta you like) according to package directions. Add a bag of frozen broccoli or mixed veggies (we like oriental mix) to the cooking pasta about halfway through the cooking time.
At the end of the cooking time, scoop out about 1 cup of the cooking liquid and reserve.
Drain the pasta & veggies and set aside.
Place 1 block of cream cheese into the cooking pot and add a little of the reserved water. Whisk or stir till the cream cheese melts ... add more water as needed, but you may not need the full cup so don't dump it all in at once.
When the cream cheese is melted and whisked smooth, add the pasta and veggies back to the pot and toss to coat.

You can add fresh chopped garlic or garlic powder, lemon juice or other fresh or dry herbs or seasoning to taste.

Thanks these are all good ideas. Liked the enchilada recipe ( although I never cooked a whole chicken before?). I also like the veggie recipe because I eat lunch alone allot ( sounds good for a single serve). floridamom what brand is the nacho cheese soup-never noticed this one but i am not really a canned soup eater-this recipe sounds great, also. My kids favorite meal is alfredo-so I will try this also.
Really thanks some good stuff here

Default Sort of Dessert - -

We mix equal parts of cream cheese and marshmellow creme and make a dip for fruit.

It's really good!

I have a great taco dip!
one container of cream cheese, one container of sour cream and one packet of taco seasoning. Mix all three and spread as a thin layer on a cookie sheet or party tray. Top with shredded lettuce, finely chopped onion, diced fresh tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Always a party favorite!
