I screwed up! I admit it... I really screwed up!!!

Okay what happened from beginning to end...

I had the Mirena removed on September 23. I immediately started the Nuvaring. I did the three weeks on and removed it for the week off so I could have my period. I didn't get my period after a week so I put a new ring in. On either November 6th or 7th I started my period and ended on like the 13th, I think. I also started talking to a new guy (YAY ME). After talking to each other everyday from November 4th to November 29th and seeing each other several times throughout the time period we dd on the 29th. Well I also started school on November 3rd and lost track of my days, FORGOT TO PUT MY RING BACK IN, and was incrediably stupid and didn't use protection when we dd. I think I was ovulating on or around the 29th... now I'm not. I calculated and I thought I was supposed to start my period on December 11th, but I tried a calculator on the "interweb" and it said the 4th was the day for AF... I have this nagging feeling that I might be pregnant... what do you ladies think? Am I royally screwed? I just started school, I've really only known this guy a month, Cooper is only 11 months old, and my parents will KILL me... Yes I know I'm an adult but that doesn't change the fact that they are really religious and will KILL me lol...You ladies tend to be better at figuring this stuff out as both times I've been pregnant I didn't plan it so I don't really know what I'm doing... lol... HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

if i work out dates correctly: if you O around 29th then AF should be due somewhere around the 13th, so if AF is due on the 4th then O should have been around 20th so you would have been outside your fertility time... of course every woman is different and having the nuvaring in then not could screw up your cycles anyway... goodluck

I think you need to see a doctor, not only could you be pregnant but you need to get checked for STD's.

You do realise unless you ensured that he was tested fot STD's and showed you the results paper, you could have any and everything infection out there as well. You have to go to the doctor so he can start treating you straight away so you can help prevent HIV and to treat any other infection if you have one.

I don't have advice....but maybe the b/c messed up your cycles?

I agree with the ladies, and go see the doctor. Not to sound mean or anything, but you never know anymore with anyone. And you're af might be thrown off do to the bc change.

When we started talking he'd just went to the doctor himself after a stupid night and I saw the papers... he's clean... I do know that... I feel so stupid... I really should know better ya know? I'm beating myself up internally.... trust me

Those "papers" you saw really don't mean a thing. If he had unprotected sex, then immediately got tested, he could still be hiv positive. It could take up to 3 months for that to show up.STD's, such as many forms of herpes, cannot be diagnosed unless there is an outbreak. Some men are carriers and never get an outbreak, but can pass it on to someone else very easily.NEVER trust a guy who tells you "Well I just got tested and I am fine. See, here's the papers!"Furthermore, you expect me to believe that in the heat of passion, you had time to look through his medical records, and not only understand them, but checked the date on them, and were SURE that he hasn't had sex since then?Whit girl....I been there done that before, and I take no excuses. YOU ARE A MOTHER NOW, AND YOU NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL.
