Well I finally got to meet one of my new Dr. today. It's a great practice with 4 female Dr.s and I really like them. The office was super nice and everyone was really friendly.
I had an u/s (sorry no pics) both babies measured on target and had strong HB's. I go back in 4 weeks and then I will have 4 weeks appts up until 20weeks when I'll be coming in for 2week appts. Then up to one week appts at 30weeks.
The Dr. was really nice and gave me a lot of info to think about. She also said that as long as baby A is head down, the babies dont have a weight difference greater than 10% and I go into labor naturally I can have a VBAC. She said she is not really ok with induction for a twin VBAC(which neither am I. I dont want pit again). She said the most they would do is break my water. They also wont let me go past 38 weeks since I am considered very high risk. So if I dont go into labor by then I will have a repeat c-section.
It was a lot of info to take in (most of which I already knew)but all in all the appt. went great. I'm glad I have a Dr. who deals with a lot of twin births and is open to trying a VBAC under the right conditions. I also have an appt. for GD food advice and to start the diet now (to be on the safe side). And the best part is I get an u/s at EVERY appt!
