Default Hip/Pelvic pain

The past 2 days I've started to get hip and pelvic pain. I'm doing the same amout of exercise as normal and nothing really has changed. I'm just over 21wks now, could that be part of it?? I know you start to loosen up towards the end, but I wouldn't think this early...

That's about when I start getting pain in my tail bone. It hurts to put my weight on one foot at a time. I go to the chiropracter, and it's usually ok for a day or 2, buy for me, it allways comes back, but I can't afford to go to the chiro once a week.

Yeah, that was about when it happened for me, too. I think the baby begins packing on weight at that point, so you may fell extra pressure more.

Me too... I was about that far along when my siatic nerve started to go nuts. I went to the Dr and she moved the baby a little so I could walk. I was limping for a while. What helped me also was going down on all fours and putting your head onto your hands and rocking your hips back and forth. Helps keep baby off of that nerve.

I had some problems like this with DD but I was farther into my 7th month at the time... I have a feeling it's gonna be another big one!! *DD was 10lbs when I had her*

As for my siatic *sp?* That pain just went away. *lol* He loved to lay on it all the time, but thankfully my uterus is starting to move forward so that pain went away.
