Default Hot?

Lately I have been extremly hot and have not been able to cool off. I have been watching my temp. and blood pressure and they are normal. I just feel like I am having hot flashes or something. it's so bad at times that I feel dizzy, get migraines or just get exhausted. I called the hospital and they said it's normal. Should I be worried? Any one else hot??

my sister had really bad hot flashes the last two months of her pregnancy. She would take a cool washcloth to her face and spray her self with mist. It seemed to help her she also had an august baby so it was pretty hot

It can be from the hormones. I had hot flashes towards the end of my pg too.

OMG I hear ya on the hot flashes!! I get them all the time!! Dh will just touch me and he's like "You're burning up" I take my temp when he does that and I've always been normal. It kind of creates a problem at bed time because one minute I'm cold and put the blankets on, the next I'm burning up and don't want anything on me, it's awful but it's also normal. I never had this with my two prior pregnancies.... it's always something different!

Same with me! I usually have to be warm to sleep at night but lately dh has had to turn on the fan in the window so I can get comfy enough to relax. I never did this when pg with dd.

It might as well be Summer. No matter what, I'm always burning up. Poor DH. It's cold here right now, and I'm still opening the windows to keep cool. Only a few more weeks to go...
