Unhappy How can I help my friend!

I have a 20 year old friend with a 2 and a half year old son and I am very worried about her. She really is a great mom in most aspects and does the very best she can but I worry about her love life and how it will reflect on her son in the future. She is suffering from what I would call a typical single mom syndrome. She craves companionship and basically wants to marry every guy she gets in a relationship with. She has been engaged at least twice since he was born (once with the father of her son, then a construction worker who was ten years older, and then I am pretty sure a third with some six month fling with an ex co worker). She just recently got an apartment for JUST her and her son but I don't trust her attempt at staying single- that's how the last two started. Anyway, I constantly worry about her future emotional stability (one can only handle so much at such a young age! And most girls that age feel like guys want to be with them- not be repulsed by them) and I fear that her son may have a future in a broken home by her rushing into silly relationships. Any ideas?
P.S. The boy does stay with his father two days a week and every other weekend she does not have him on her own 100% of the time.
