Wasn't sure where to post this.

I was just watching some lame show on the TV Guide channel and they're doing a show on pregnant celebrities and the host chica lady just said "And it's really not as hard to lose the baby weight as you think." (Uh, WHAT?) Then she goes on to say that all you need to do is exercize everyday (and went on to explain a routine that is impossible for us "regular" ladies) and she gave an example of a lunch that some supermodel (red flag) eats- a small baby salad with vinegar. Nope, not a vinegrette.. just vinegar. Oh, and vinegar is an appetite suppressant! How wonderful!!

Unfortunately, if you are nursing, you cannot simply go on a diet, duh! Also, how are you supposed to exercise regularly when you are taking care of a newborn. It's not like we all have nannies!! ha! ha! I do get a chance to exercise sometimes, but I definitely cannot just eat 500 calories a day like these celebrities do.
