I compared it with the church that Jesus established in the first century by reading the establishment of it in the book of Acts and what the church did in the first century for worship. Not adding anything to that or taking anything away.Jesus is the head of the church and we will be judged by His words, John 12:48

Actually I dont attend church right now. I attended one and worked there for over ten years. I stopped attending there before I stopped working there. It was a Biblefellowship church. I grew up in the roman cathlolic church in NYC. started going to an Episcopal church Then we moved out of state. were we went to different churchies intill i thought I found one, was i wrong. been to some other churchies here, one big one has two resturants built in to the church can you believe that! i don't think they are open all the time just when services are going. I went to another one that was much smaller. Good preaching , but the people were strange. Example when we walked up o the front door the greeter shook my hand but gave me a look like who are you? We sat down about 4 different people that I noticed turned and looked at us during the service, I'm assuming they noticed we were new, otherwise why would they look. I'm not good looking , but no body said hi. Right now I am kind of tired of church people. Sorry.

We tried churches that were small and wanted to hurry up and get us involved for the wrong reasons (like, oh goody, new people, this isn;t the last gasp yet) or that were "establishment" churches - and we were certainly not established.
